Krzysztof Rutkowski: Questionable reporting in the German media

"Ingratitude is the world's reward" is often said when one does something good that is not duly thanked. That must be how Krzysztof Rutkowski (63), a deserving detective, MEP, member of the Polish Sejm (parliament) and successful entrepreneur, feels these days when he reads the questionable reporting in the German media.
In the German media, which smells of interpretive sovereignty, Krzysztof Rutkowski reads that his colleagues had travelled to Germany as an alleged gang of thugs to harass lorry drivers. The TV recordings of the Polish television broadcast by Patriot24.net speak a completely different language, as you can see here in picture and sound = https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JEWCY_QKFvY - which is why the current "reporting" in the German media is very surprising!
The following happened at the Gräfenhausen-West service area on the A5 in Hesse: The trucks illegally "occupied" by truck drivers and withheld from the owner of the vehicles, the company Spedition "Agmaz & Luk Maz", together with their trailers, wanted to retrieve the employees of the internationally recognised company "Rutkowski Biuro Detektywistyczne Sercurity-Service Spółka z o.o.", who call themselves "Rutkowski Patrol", from Germany. However, the fact that these employees, contrary to the misrepresentations in the German media, are not a "thug squad" but former deserving Polish police officers cannot be read in German tabloids.
Nor do you read in the German media that it was the lorry drivers who seized the vehicles against the law, without the permission of the owner of the vehicles and without a court order.
Article 17 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union clearly states: "Every natural or legal person has the right to respect for his property. No one shall be deprived of his property except in the public interest and under the conditions provided by law and by the general principles of international law."
Property is also protected under German law; for private law, Section 903 of the German Civil Code (BGB) defines property as a person's dominion over a thing. According to this, the owner can do with the thing as he pleases and exclude others from any influence, unless the law or the rights of third parties conflict with this. Nor does one read in German media that even before the arrival of the employees of the Polish company, Rutkowski Biuro Detektywistyczne Sercurity-Service Spółka z o.o. "Rutkowski Patrol", the German police were informed by Krzysztof Rutkowski, as BERLINER TAGESZEITUNG aktuell learned, and that the entire time, during the attempted retrieval of the vehicles, on Good Friday, 07 April 2023, the German police were on site at the Gräfenhausen-West service area on the A5 in Hesse.
In an interview on Tuesday, 11 April 2023, with BERLINER TAGESZEITUNG, Krzysztof Rutkowski stated that criminal charges would be brought against the German police officers who were on the scene at the Gräfenhausen-West service area on the A5 in Hesse on 07 April 2023, and that they would be charged on Friday of this week, 14 April 2023, at 12:00 noon. April 2023, at 12:00 (Polish time), a protest would be held in front of the German Embassy, Jazdów 12/2, 00-467 in Warsaw, against the actions of the German police on 07 April 2023 at the Gräfenhausen-West service area on the A5 in Hesse.
It should be remembered that Krzysztof Rutkowski has successfully recovered stolen vehicles for many German insurers over many years, thus saving the German insurers a lot of money. Krzysztof Rutkowski also supports Ukraine in its fight for freedom, which is why Rutkowski cannot even begin to understand the way the report is being made, especially as the accusations against his employees have no basis in fact.
