Seoul Gazette - RobotWorld 2026 | How PaXini's Full-Stack Tactile Technologies Support Real-World Robotics

At PaXini's booth, tactile sensing moved beyond technical specifications and was demonstrated through practical robotic tasks and physical interaction. The TORA-series humanoid robots performed tasks such as assembling a toy rocking horse and making ice cream, demonstrating how tactile sensing and precision force control support precision assembly, dynamic grasping, and complex task execution. Meanwhile, the dexterous hands showcased a range of capabilities through tactile closed-loop interaction, from motion mirroring to external-force sensing.

These demonstrations highlighted the practical value of tactile sensing while pointing to a key challenge in bringing Physical AI into real-world applications: robots must be able to perceive, understand, and act on the physical world to operate reliably in unstructured real-world environments and perform practical tasks. Tactile sensing plays a critical role in making this possible.

As a leader in tactile sensing, PaXini is committed to accelerating the real-world deployment of Physical AI. To support this goal, the company has developed its PIE full-stack architecture around three interconnected layers: Perception, Intelligence, and Execution. Working together, these three layers form a closed-loop system connecting an understanding of the physical world with real-world interaction. This system represents the core technological framework PaXini presented at RobotWorld 2026.

The value of the PIE architecture lies not only in integrating multidimensional tactile sensing, embodied data, and robotic execution capabilities, but also in providing reusable and scalable foundational technologies for robot development and deployment. To address the demands of real-world tasks, PaXini aims to support robot manufacturers and core component suppliers, data and model service providers, as well as system integrators and industry application partners worldwide through its tactile sensing, real-world manipulation data collection, and related robotic execution technologies. These capabilities can help reduce redundant investment in foundational R&D, shorten R&D, training, validation, and deployment cycles, and enable more efficient adaptation of robotic solutions to real-world applications.

RobotWorld 2026 provided an opportunity for PaXini to engage with the global robotics community and demonstrate the potential of its multidimensional tactile sensing technologies and PIE full-stack architecture for robotics development and real-world applications. Building on this international engagement, PaXini will continue to refine its open technology framework in response to real industry needs, deepen its collaboration with partners across the global robotics and AI industries, foster cross-industry innovation, and help drive technological breakthroughs and the large-scale deployment of Physical AI, contributing to a more open and collaborative industry ecosystem.
